Tim Brook RIBA, Chartered Architect, qualified in London and has been in private practice since 1985. He is based in the North East of England, in Alnwick, Northumberland and specialises in all aspects of architectural work for both residential and commercial properties, including:

  • Extensions and Internal Alterations
  • Repair and Restoration to Character Properties
  • Grade I, II and II* Listed a speciality
  • Full Planning and Design Services for New Build Homes

The majority of work undertaken is in the Northumbria area, extending from Durham and Newcastle upon Tyne, northwards to Morpeth, Alnwick and Berwick upon Tweed, and west to Hexham and Corbridge.
